In medical school, many doctors learn the saying, "when you hear hoof beats, think horses, not zebras." Most physicians are taught to focus on the likeliest possibilities when making a diagnosis, not the unusual ones. However, sometimes physicians need to look for a zebra. Primary immunodeficiency patients are the zebras of the medical world. So IDF says "THINK ZEBRA!"

Miranda hosted Marly's baby shower on 3/27/10. Her nursery theme and deco is apparently butterflies. We designed a cookie and ordered it on an edible image for her shower. They turned out really cute I think.

These are the sleeping babies that are a favorite for our showers. They look so peaceful and sweet in my Vintage Wicker Carriage. These are for Becca's and Lupe's daughter Alma. Her baby shower is March 28, 2010. Congratulations Grandma and Grandpa Lopez

These small little individual cakes are just the right size for a really hungry person or to be cut into several pieces. They are decorated with royal icing and spell our BABY, ALMA and have cute little blue booties on top of two of them.

The Baby Boy Mommys Belly Cake Miranda made for Grandma Becca's and Grandpa Lupe's upcoming Baby Boy. For Daughter Alma's baby shower on March 28, 2010. The belly cake is vanilla cake with butter cream inner frosting and fondant on the outside. It turned out awesome. I bet it tastes the same.

Grandma Becca and Grandpa Lupe are so excited to be getting a new BABY BOY Grandbaby they are throwing an elaborate baby shower for Daughter ALMA. This is just the beginning of all the yummy goodies they will be serving.

So I am feeling generous, and also wasnt sure I had green to wear to work today. So, I made Shamrock cookies for everyone at work to keep it safe for me. These are $1 cookies for anyone that may decide they need some next year.
