My youngest Daughter Brittany turned 23 today.  Her sister Miranda got a request almost a year ago that she wanted a Special FONDANT ZEBRA cake for her birthday.  She requested black/white zebra with hot pink and lime green colors.  This cake is what Miranda came up with.  LOVE IT!!!! I hope Britt loves it also.  It is one of our individual 3 layer fondant cakes made with zebra layers inside.  The fondant is black white zebra with hot pink fondant 3-D flowers.  The giant beaded necklace around the bottom is the finishing touch.  Brittany loves her big necklaces and beads.  Great to have a Sister like Miranda.

HAPPY 11TH BIRTHDAY BRIANNA DE LEON...............WOW!!! What a wonderful Mother to have.  Thanks so much Charlene for giving us the opportunity to make Brianna's Special Cake.  We love the design you chose.  It has been so much fun.  And the Chocolate Fondant tastes and smells just like Tootsie Rolls.  YUMMY!  The cake is a three tier Pound cakes completely covered in homemade vanilla and chocolate fondant.  Top tier is Red Velvet for the Birthday Girl and the middle is the chocolate with chocolate.  Bottom layer is Vanilla/Almond.  We loved making the cute little rolled roses petite little purple butterflies that sit on the layers.  All in All we think the cake came out wonderful.  The cake is extremely heavy and our samples were so yummy and delicious.  It should feed quite a few people.
The cookies we designed are just one inch sugar cookie decorated to match the cake.  Lavendar, chocolate brown, hot pink and seafoam green.  They are favor wrapped in cellophane with shredded paper and a cute Thank You label.

36 Cupcakes with individual DRAGONS made from Fondant. First the pics of the Dragons. We will show the finished product as it happens. Arent they cute? SIX different little characters. These cupcakes sell for $25 per dozen. Sorry, but they are so time consuming. There will also be a little small cake with a DRAGON.

Miranda is so creative. Her Grandma turned 72 today, so she made her a Spring Chick small layer cake covered in fondant and decorated with a Flowering tree with a nest of Spring Chicks. She also had cupcakes decorated both ways. The cake was a citrus yellow cake mix half the cupcakes were frosted with chocolate and toasted coconut. It made for a cute birdy nest. CUTE!

This three layer,8 inch topper cake for baby showers is covered in fondant and fondant polka dots. The pregnant mommy can be made to have characteristics of the new mommy. Cake is typically served at shower for the Mommy along with cupcakes that match. The Mommy cake is $25 without the Mommy, $50 with the mommy. The cupcakes are all $8 per dozen with frosting topping. Fondant covered cupcakes are $15 per dozen with your choice of designs. Edible images can also be used on the fondant topping.

The Baby Boy Mommys Belly Cake Miranda made for Grandma Becca's and Grandpa Lupe's upcoming Baby Boy. For Daughter Alma's baby shower on March 28, 2010. The belly cake is vanilla cake with butter cream inner frosting and fondant on the outside. It turned out awesome. I bet it tastes the same.

An Awesome tank for an American Soldier's birthday. Thank you Christye for asking us to make your special cake. The tank was carved from two 1/2 sheet cakes. It is completely covered in fondant and hand decorated. It will feed a large number of people. The fondant was just almond flavored, but can be flavored to suit you. Vanilla buttercream was under the fondant.

Fondant covered Suitcase holding up the world with one fondant character. This cake was made for a graduation cake. Was large, the size of a 1/2 sheet cake double layers. Cake could also be made for travelling party, BonVoyage, etc. Can add your message and character figure can be male or female.
