Brianna's 11th Birthday Party Cake and Cookies

HAPPY 11TH BIRTHDAY BRIANNA DE LEON...............WOW!!! What a wonderful Mother to have. Thanks so much Charlene for giving us the opportunity to make Brianna's Special Cake. We love the design you chose. It has been so much fun. And the Chocolate Fondant tastes and smells just like Tootsie Rolls. YUMMY! The cake is a three tier Pound cakes completely covered in homemade vanilla and chocolate fondant. Top tier is Red Velvet for the Birthday Girl and the middle is the chocolate with chocolate. Bottom layer is Vanilla/Almond. We loved making the cute little rolled roses petite little purple butterflies that sit on the layers. All in All we think the cake came out wonderful. The cake is extremely heavy and our samples were so yummy and delicious. It should feed quite a few people.
The cookies we designed are just one inch sugar cookie decorated to match the cake. Lavendar, chocolate brown, hot pink and seafoam green. They are favor wrapped in cellophane with shredded paper and a cute Thank You label.
